The Saugeen Shores Pickleball Club held its year-end, inter-club tournament, which included round robin play, skill testing questions, and skill stations, at Lakeshore Recreation September, 22. After the tournament members in attendance were each awarded chocolate medals for their athleticism.

There will be one more week of outdoor Pickleball play at Lakeshore Recreation, as the club will move inside the Port Elgin United Church October 3.

A final free Pickleball clinic will again be taking place at Lakeshore Recreation on Sunday September 25, from 1 to 3 p.m., followed by a tournament October 2. Many club members who took part in the inter-club tournament will be volunteering their time to share their knowledge of the game and instruct new players.
