Port Elgin Boston Pizza helped fight student hunger when it played host to an Ontario Student Nutrition Program (OSNP) fundraiser November 23.

Boston Pizza owner Trevor Spencer hoped the night would raise $600, which would be donated back to student breakfast programs through OSNP Grey-Bruce.

Ten percent of food sales from portions of the night went directly to OSNP. And thirsts were quenched with the help of Southampton’s Outlaw Brew Co., as a $10 donation allowed those in attendance, and of age, a taste test of some of the beers offered by Outlaw Brew. Boston Pizza also sampled its new for the holidays, Sangria Smash. Funds raised through a silent auction also went towards OSNP.
