Sign up and registration at the Southampton Curling Club will take place on October 6 and 8 from 2 to 4pm and from 7 to 9 pm.

If you are unable to attend any of those times, please download the forms HERE and mail completed forms, with payment, to Southampton Curling Club, PO Box 1312, Southampton, ON N0H 2L0.

Fees and forms must be received by October 9 to be included in Draw 1 and Monday night curling.
