The 2018 Saugeen Shores municipal election is officially underway with telephone and internet voting opening at 10 a.m. Friday, October 12.

Eligible voters will be able to cast their vote until 8 p.m. on Election Day October 22.

In a Town of Saugeen Shores media release, electors who are on the voters' list should have received their Voter Notification Letters by mail. The letters provide a unique Voter ID and PIN which will be required when voting.

To vote using the internet, type the entire website address provided on the Voter Notification Letter and follow instructions on the screen. To vote by phone, call the toll-free number on the Voter Notification Letter and follow the instructions provided.

Eligible electors who have not received their Voter Notification Letter should contact the municipal office to be added to the Voters List. Office hours have been extended to provide election support.

The municipal office is located at 600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin. Telephone 519-832-2008 extension 100.

Saturday, October 13, 10am-4pm
Saturday, October 20, 10am-4pm
Sunday, October 21, 10am-4pm
Monday, October 22, 8:30am-8pm
