Organizers are gearing up for the fifth annual Swing, Shoot & Liv Golf Classic in support of the Liv-A-Little Foundation and their fight against Cystinosis, a rare, inherited, metabolic disease that afflicts just 75 children and young adults in Canada, including Saugeen Shores’ Olivia Little.
The day includes 18 holes of golf, a power cart, a pre-golf barbecue lunch and full service dinner and silent auction with registration getting underway at 11 a.m.
To register as an individual the cost is $125 or $500 for a team. In 2016 the tournament raised over $100,000 toward Cystinosis research.
Swing, Shoot & Liv Golf Class will take place at Saugeen Golf Club on Saturday, September 16.
