Unleash the Pawsitive will be collecting food, toys, litter, and financial donations for fur friends in need this holiday season. Donations will be accepted until December 23.

Local animal non-profit, Angel Arms Rescue, and the dogs and cats in their care, will be the recipients. The donations will go to good use as the animal welfare group will be rescuing over 10 dogs from South Korea who have survived mills, and the meat trade industry.

Unleash the Pawsitive owner, Melissa MacKinnon said December 5, that anyone who brings in a donation will be immediately entered into a raffle for $50 worth of Unleash the Positive goodies; which also includes a gift certificate from Tangled Tails Dog Grooming.

Food purchased for donation at Unleash the Pawsitive will also be sold at a discount. Unleash the Positive is located at 1119 Goderich Street, across from Devonshire Road, in Port Elgin.

The donated items had a quality inspector and required Lola's approval.
