SS Police7 fullOn November 5 at 5:15 a.m., Saugeen Shores Police received further reports of vehicles entered and property stolen.

From a November 5 media release, three vehicles were entered on Collard Way. Windows had been smashed in two of the vehicles. A large quantity of cash was stolen from a wallet in one of the vehicles.

At 5:55 a.m. police received a complaint of another stolen vehicle. A black Toyota Tacoma, licence AC71277 was stolen from a driveway on Creekwood Drive in Southampton.

A vehicle stolen on November 4, a white Nissan Murano was found in the driveway of the same residence. The vehicle had some damage to the passenger side.

Later in the morning, police received another complaint of a damaged vehicle. Overnight a window had been smashed and some money stolen from a vehicle on Miramichi Bay Road.

Saugeen Shores Police would like to remind residents to make sure they do not leave keys in a vehicle. The public can assist in this investigation by reporting any suspicious activity or noises immediately to the police.
