As of 3:30 p.m. April 14, the cumulative total of confirmed cases of COVID-19 has reached 40. Of those, ten are reported as recovered, one case is currently hospitalized, 13 cases are reported among Health Care Providers and one outbreak is listed in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility.

The estimated average time to receive test results sits at three days.

In Grey County, Owen Sound continues to have the greatest number of cases at 20, West Grey now has four confirmed, Grey Highlands and Southgate have three apiece and Georgian Bluffs and Meaford each have one.

In Bruce County, confirmed cases in Saugeen Shores and South Bruce Peninsula remain at two, Kincardine also has two and Arran Elderslie and Huron Kinloss have one each.

Evidence of Community Spread was confirmed April 14 and based on probable cases, community spread in neighbouring health units, and inability to identify the source of infection of confirmed cases.

With Community Spread, there are presumed cases in every municipality and a level of risk with any location.
