The new office is located downtown at 680 Goderich Street, the former Belle of the Boudoir and neighbouring SELF Beauty were renovated in the spring, merging two retail spaces into one.

Broker and owner Natasa Roufos said that of the 21 Royal LePage Exchange Realty agents, 12 will be working in the Port Elgin office.

Guests, visitors and local dignitaries were in attendance June 29 and were treated to a buffet and cake indoors while live music, Irish dancing demonstrations, face painting and games took place outside.

“We feel very welcomes by the community and we hope to serve the community in the best way we can,” said Roufos.
