Santa

All the way from the North Pole, Santa Claus himself flew into Southampton November 30 for the Santa Clause Parade.

Downtown Southampton lit up as the 2018 Santa Claus Parade made its way down High Street with a theme of "Parade of Lights" November 30.

Spectators filled the downtown core as businesses, dignitaries and community organizations put their holiday spirit on full display.

Thorncrest Outfitters' Big Canoe collected 839.5 pounds of food for the Salvation Army Food Bank, adding to the 430.5 lbs collected in Port Elgin.

Re/Max Land Exchange Southampton's Saugeen Team hit the streets with trays of cookies distributing over 100 dozen of the homemade treats.

And of course, all the way from the North Pole with a "Ho Ho Ho" and a "Merry Christmas" was Jolly Ol' Saint Nicholas himself.

Duffys

The elves from Duffy's were out waving to the crowds in Southampton November 30.

Fire

Spectators watched the convoy of trucks from the Saugeen Shores Fire Department trucks in the downtown Southampton for the annual Santa Claus Parade.

Food Drive

Thorncrest Outfitters' Big Canoe collected of 839.5 lbs of food and $145 in cash for the Salvation Army Food Bank.

GCHuston

Huston Hawks from GC Huston Public School were brightly dressed and full of Christmas spirit in Southampton.

Bus

Colourful lights and candy canes illuminated the First Student school bus in the Southampton Santa Claus Parade November 30.

Chambettes

The Chantry Island Cham-bettes danced and waved to spectators on High Street as they watched the parade.

Legion

The Legion's Colour Guard led the way through downtown Southampton November 30.

Main Event

Spectators watched as The Main Events's balloons danced through the downtown corridor.

Martins

A giant gingerbread house was a sweet addition to the Martin's Home Hardware float.

Pet Hospital

Southampton Pet Hospital's big dog was looking very festive as it dressed the part for Southampton's Santa Claus Parade.

Police

Saugeen Shores Police escorted the Southampton Santa Claus Parade in their new cruiser November 30.

Prance

PRANCE's elves were kept busy waving and handing out gifts to parade spectators in Southampton.

ReMax

Re/Max Land Exchange Ltd. Brokerage's Terina Wnuk, with Jim Elliott, along with the rest of The Saugeen Team were busy distributing over 100 dozen cookies to spectators at the Southampton Santa Claus Parade.

Rotary

The Southampton Rotary Club was shining bright as members walked along High Street November 30 for the annual Christmas parade.

Snowmobile

The Southampton Snowmobile Club were geared up and ready for some winter fun.

Sparky

Sparky the Fire Dog travelled with the Saugeen Shores Fire Department waving to the crowd.

Stilt Walkers

Stilt walkers walked tall down High Street in Southampton for the annual Santa Claus Parade November 30.

The star above the float of St Paul's and St John's Anglican Church shone brightly for all to see.

Unicorn

A unicorn led the way for the Middlebrook Dressage float as children waved to the crowd.
