Outlaw Brew Co. in Southampton and the Chantry Island Cham-bettes joined forces to help local women in need with the Fill the Tub project.

Since the May long weekend, Outlaw owner Deborah Leon has been collecting products that could assist women and their children living in shelters. At a June meeting the Chantry Island Cham-bettes, who dressed in red to commemorate the upcoming Canada 150 celebrations, brought everything from comforters to soothing bath products and other much needed items.

The Cham-bettes will bring the gifts to the Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey while Outlaw Brew Co. will continue to collect the items.
