A busy Saturday morning, May 20, saw many people hunt for the perfect treasure at garage sales across Saugeen Shores. And no bigger sale happened than in Southampton. The Chantry Island Cham-bettes Garage Sale at the Boat House, the Monster Garage Sale next door at the Southampton Curling Club joined with the Southampton Art Gallery’s sixth annual Artsy Treasures Sale, featuring paintings, photographs, frames, and gently used art supplies.

Funds raised from the Boat House sale go back to Cham-bettes community projects, with their 2016 sale raising approximately $1,900.
