In a culminating year-end tournament, volleyball teams who had been competing weekly since the fall came together April 8 to see who would reign supreme at the Social Athletics of Saugeen Shores (SASS) Ladies Indoor Volleyball Tournament, held at Saugeen District Secondary School.

In total 12 teams played in competitive and recreational divisions with competitive team Volley Girls beating out Bump’n Grind for the win. Winning recreational team, the Ball Busters, won over Kiss My Pass following double knock out play.

The SASS Welcome to Summer Beach Volleyball Tournament is now open for registration. The 4-on-4 tournament takes place June 17 at Port Elgin Main Beach.
