“The foundation is being poured and on schedule,” said Jeff Carver, owner of The Wismer House. “Framing of the new addition will begin at the end of this week, the brewing vats and other equipment is in the final stages of fabrication and will be delivered in early November."
In an October 1 media release, Three Sheets Brewing will launch with four flagship beers, a lager, a red ale, a pilsner and an IPA. "We’ll continue to test and experiment with the recipes of our four flagship beers so everything is ready for launch some time in December 2019,” said Carver.
The four beers as well as merchandise will be available in-store with seasonal session beers planned following launch.
“We’re looking forward to creating and evolving a line-up of easy-drinking beers with personality," said Carver, adding that the aim of Three Sheets is about distilling The Wismer House experience. "It’s exciting for us, and it’s something that everyone here in town can be a part of."
