The Port Elgin BIA is gearing up for another summer of Farmers' Markets in Coulter Parkette in downtown Port Elgin.

The market is entering its eighth season and will open this Wednesday, June 5. It will take place each Wednesday until the market's final day of September 4.

In a Port Elgin BIA media release, this year's market boasts 22 full season vendors and growing including Grass Roots Wood Fired Pizza, Big Mama gourmet barbecue sauces, Smith's Apples and many more.

"We have a fantastic variety of producers and artisans," read the release.

The Farmers' Market is located at the corner of Green and Goderich Street in downtown Port Elgin and runs each Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
