The Chantry Island Chamb-ettes served a Throwback Thursday meal to over 60 guests for their annual Octogenarian Luncheon at the Chantry Centre May 16.

An ongoing tradition for the Cham-bettes, this year's meal included selections of fresh-made quiche, macaroni salad, lime marshmallow salad, rolls and homemade baking of reminiscent of yesteryear.

Chef Shawna at the Club at Westlinks graciously donated hearty and delicious beef barley soup and entertainment was provided by dancers from Celtic Academy Canada.
