Following the success of the 10th annual Chantry Island Cham-bettes Christmas Tour of Homes held in November, the organizing committee donated funds that were spilt between the two local non-profit organizations in December, during a seasonal gathering at Lakeshore Recreation.

In total $18,000 was donated at the event with $15,000 going to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF) and $3,000 going towards the Caitlyn Cobean Community Crusaders.

The funds for SMHF will be going towards MRI fundraising efforts.
