The 2016 event saw participants get soaked with buckets and water guns, all in good fun and all for a good cause.

The 14th annual Dingy Poker Run is set to take place on Sunday, September 3 and this year will donate all proceeds to the Liv-A-Little Foundation.

Event organizers are also adding a taste of Canadiana to this year’s event and asking participant to bring their Canada Day spirit.

The cost is $10 per participant with registration taking place at “Lady Champagne” (slip C-11) at the Port Elgin Harbour. Deadline to register is September 2, 2017.

The Poker Run is set to take place at noon on Sunday with prize presentations happening at 3 p.m. on the C Dock. Top 10 poker hands win a prize.
