Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre, in partnership with Sweet Grass and Thistles Group are pleased to present Bimaadiziwin Workshops July 5, 6 and 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Bimaadiziwin means the Good Path and the workshops will be led by Marilyn Roote.

Participants will learn language skills, learn about the Anishnaabe culture and construct their own dream catcher.

The final evening, July 13, will feature a presentation of “Animated Album: the Secret Path” by Gord Downie of The Tragically Hip. The Secret Path explores the tragic story of Chanie Wenjack as he tried to escape from residential school.

Tickets for two workshops plus the film are $25 plus HST. Tickets for individual workshop or the film are $10 plus HST.

Space is limited so early registration is recommended.
