Thanks to the hard work and kind hearts of friends and family of the Queen's Bar & Grill and Living Hope Christian Centre - and like-minded community folks - some 200 plus people spent Christmas Eve surrounded by friendly faces serving up a delicious meal for a free community dinner.
An additional 98 people within Saugeen Shores and Saugeen First Nation had meals delivered to their homes, thanks to a team of volunteers.
Heading into its sixth year, this successful and popular annual event was founded and generously donated by Pier Donnini, owner of Queen’s Bar & Grill. Donnini wanted to make sure that everyone had an opportunity to enjoy the Christmas season.
