Each year Meridian Credit Union gives out grants to local charities to help communities through the Good Neighbour program.

In Port Elgin, the Meridian branch has been giving out grants to the Living Hope Food Basket and this year was no exception as Jackie and the staff at Meridian presented John Van Berlo with a $500 cheque to support Port Elgin and Southampton families in need.
