It's time to reach as far back as you can in your closet and pull out that one piece of clothing that comes out once a year and haunts you for the rest of it. Get ready to don that ugly sweater or otherwise ugly Christmas attire and head to the Queen's Bar & Grill in Port Elgin this Saturday, December 3 for the seventh annual Ugly Sweater Party.

The event starts at 8 p.m. and promises to be a lot of fun, all in the name of a great cause as it is a fundraiser for the Women's House Serving Bruce & Grey. Entrance to the party is a $5 donation to the Women's House and the event will include a late night buffet, silent auction, dancing and live music from London, Ontario’s Sarah Smith.

“[Sarah Smith] is the real thing so it’s going to be a good night,” said Queen’s Bar & Grill owner, Pier Donnini.
