This year Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey (WHSBG) is celebrating 30 years so their annual Gala event will take a look back to the Grammy awards from 30 years ago. Please come dressed red carpet style or as your favourite nominee or winner from 30 years ago!

Women’s House Serving Bruce & Grey is looking forward to hosting its annual Gala, which will take place on October 15 at Marriott TownPlace Suites in Kincardine.

The annual Fall Gala is a fundraising event for Women’s House and tickets are $80 each and include a scrumptious dinner, silent and live auctions, as well as the chance to win one of three elimination prizes.

This year, you will have a chance to win a stunning pair of diamond earrings donated by DC Taylor Jewellers. And as an added bonus this year, if you purchase your tickets by September 15, you could have a chance to stay for a night at the Marriott!

Remember, each ticket into the Gala includes one chance to win the elimination grand prize!

“Last year’s event was a huge success and we look forward to providing a fun-filled evening again,” said Tiffany Love, Community and Fund Development Coordinator for Women’s House. “The new fun item on the program this year has something to do with the golf simulator.”

Although the Gala event is an evening full of entertainment, it is also an evening of charity. All funds raised at the Gala go directly towards the services and client necessities not covered by government funding. Women’s House relies on major fundraisers, such as the Gala, to ensure the current level of vital services and programs are continued for the women and children in need in our community.
