Southampton Legion donation to hospital

Recent Nevada proceeds from the Southampton Legion Branch No. 155 went in support of the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation. “We’re so fortunate to have wonderful organizations that continue to support the hospital,” said Executive Director, Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation, Sally Kidson, who later added that the donation will go toward the purchase of equipment.

A cheque for $3,000 was presented to Jim Barbour, Vice-Chair, Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation outside the Southampton Hospital on August 6. The hospital is currently undergoing major renovations as part of their expansion project.
