The Grey Bruce Health Unit has been reporting one new case of COVID-19 per day in recent days.

A presumed case was reported on March 28 and confirmed March 29. It was a woman in her 70s with evidence of community transmission.

In addition, one new confirmed case was reported March 29. A man in his 40s is believed to have contracted COVID-19 through travel.

One new case was reported March 30, a female in her 30s with evidence of community transmission. She is reported to have been hospitalized.

This brings the current cumulative total in Grey Bruce to 11, one of which is recovered.

While a four to five day wait was reported March 29 for results to be received from the lab, that estimate increased to seven to eight days March 30.
