Local Hardy Henry recently celebrated his 60th birthday while giving back. A celebration was held at the Southampton Legion and, in lieu of gifts, Henry asked friends and family to donate to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF). The gesture resulted in over $1,300 in support of local healthcare.

"Thanks, Hardy, for helping us scratch another item off the list of needed medical equipment and making sure the people of Saugeen Shores get the healthcare they needed when they need it," read a SMHF media release.
