Peninsula Ford Lincoln held a barbecue fundraiser in support of Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation July 11.

Port Elgin's Peninsula Ford Lincoln held a fundraising barbecue July 11, raising $610 in support of the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF).

In a SMHF media release, cooking was done by the Southampton Rotary Club members and SMHF representatives were also on hand and sold $400 worth of Healthcare Lottery tickets to barbecue patrons.

To date, Peninsula Ford Lincoln has donated over $7,000 to the SMHF.

"We look forward to future partnerships with the dealership. The whole crew at Peninsula Ford are wonderful to work with and we are thankful for their ongoing generosity," said Tracy Murray, Executive Director SMHF.
