After years of practicing in Saugeen Shores, local physician Dr Don McCulloch has announced his retirement. In a Town of Saugeen Shores media release, Mayor Luke Charbonneau offered Dr McCulloch his sincere gratitude and well wishes on behalf of the the community.

"Dr McCulloch has served our community for many years. His dedication to Saugeen Shores does not go unnoticed and we wish him well on his deserved retirement,” said Charbonneau.

The Town of Saugeen Shores will continue physician recruitment efforts in order to assist in replacing Dr McCulloch and will continue the ongoing investment working to secure access to primary health care for all residents.

“We are continuing recruitment through our partnership with Kincardine and Bruce Power," said Charbonneau. "The Town’s effort and investment will play a role in attracting physicians to our community,” he added.

Dr McCulloch's last day of practice will be August 9, 2019.
