Three teams from the WOAA senior hockey league are teaming up with the Grey Bruce Public Health Unit for their medication return blitz and offering game vouchers when you drop off old or unused medication at participating pharmacies.

From December 13 to December 20, the Saugeen Shores Winterhawks, Durham Thundercats, and Shallow Lake Crushers will be giving away a ticket for a regular season game (while supplies last) to anyone who drops off old or unused medication.

Participating pharmacies include: Kristen’s Pharmacy, located at 197 Albert Street South, Unit 3, in Southampton; Durham IDA Drug Mart, located at 203 Garafraxa Road North, Durham; and McKenzie’s Pharmacy, located at 608 Berford Street in Wiarton.

Additional pharmacies, not part of the promotion, will also be accepting medications. They include:

Sauble Pharmacy, 329 Main Street North, Sauble Beach
