Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF) is pleased to announce that Bayshore Broadcasting (98 the Beach and Mix1065) has joined the Gran Fondo Lake Huron team again this year as the official media sponsor. In an SMHF media release, Bayshore Broadcasting will promote the fundraising event in markets across south-central Ontario with marketing strategies, on-air interviews and contesting.

“Bayshore Broadcasting and 98 the Beach have been outstanding community partners with the Foundation over the years and the power of radio has really made an impact on increasing community awareness of the Foundation and what we do to help keep well equipped, high quality care hospitals in our communities," said Jim Barbour, Foundation Chair.

"I can't wait to get back on the bike again this year and be part of such an incredible event that not only raises funds for our local hospitals but promotes healthy living while showcasing our beautiful little piece of the province," said 98 The Beach morning host Brian Longmire.
