Enthusiastic shoppers discovered 1,200 pairs of shoes, 38 staff members and sales galore at the annual Sisters Warehouse Sale’s opening day at the Southampton Coliseum.

For the 13th year in a row Heather Burling and her mother, 95 year-old Marg Davis were at the front of the line ready for the fashion forward deals at the sale from Southampton clothing stores Sisters and Preview. Burling praised the sale, saying that Sisters store owner Delores Sullivan “has really got it,” while admitting that she was looking for “anything that’s a bargain.”

Shoes were on the minds of many savvy shoppers with everything from sandals to boots and dedicated staff members ready to help find the right fit.

The sale continues at the Southampton Coliseum Saturday, August 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, August 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
