Hundreds attended the inaugural Port Elgin BIA Maplefest event in 2018. The second annual event set for April 27, 2019 at the Port Elgin Missionary Church and is being presented by the Lions Club.

The second annual Maple Fest is set to take place April 27 at the Missionary Church, 650 Green Street, in downtown Port Elgin.

While the inaugural Maplefest was hosted by the Port Elgin BIA, the second annual event is being presented by the Lions Club with all proceeds going to support the community.

A pancake breakfast with pancakes, sausages and fresh maple syrup is set to kick off at 8 a.m. followed by face painting, a petting zoo, pony rides and other vendors.
