The Lake Huron Children’s Festival Committee (LHCFC) and the Port Elgin & District Lions Club present A Magical New Years in Saugeen Shores. The Plex in Port Elgin will play host on Thursday, December 31, 2015 from 3:30 to 8:00 p.m. 8:00 pm to an event that will include sleigh rides, skating, crafts, dancing, a photo booth, face painting, a buffet, a cash bar and much more.

Tickets are $20 for children and $25 for adults. Kids under the age of two are free.

Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come first served basis. All funds raised by the event will go towards a splash pad in Saugeen Shores. “We, the committee, have been very lucky so far to have had great support from the community on the splash pad project. We hope to keep the fundraising event momentum going with A Magical New Years Eve. Make sure to keep an eye out for more great events coming this summer,” says Amy Shute, Lake Huron Children’s Festival Committee Chair.
