As a result of an Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) investigation in Paisley December 18, South Bruce OPP allege that a dispute between two individuals in Paisley resulted in a puppy being thrown across the room.
A 36-year old from Brampton has been charged with Mischief and Cruelty to Animal. They were taken into custody and are set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
