100 Women Who Care Grey Bruce (100WWCGB) celebrate their last donation of 2025 with their largest donation to date.

Bruce Grey Mentorship was their November recipient receiving $38,400 from their now 384 member group of women, "making a remarkable milestone in their ongoing commitment to strengthening the community," said a December 4 release from 100WWCGB.

Bruce Grey Mentorship was founded in 2015 and aims to offer meaningful support and build a sense of confidence, belonging, and self esteem by matching local children and youth aged 7 to 17, many of whom face social or emotional challenges, with caring mentors.

Their programs include Group Programs that aim to nurture friendships, confidence, and social skills; One-on-One Mentorship that offers more personal guidance; and Adventure Club that offers outdoor and cultural experiences with a goal of sparking joy, resilience, and personal growth.

"This record donation caps an extraordinary year for 100 Women Who Care Grey Bruce," read the media release. "Across their four 2025 meetings, members collectively raised an astounding $142,100, demonstrating once again how powerful community-minded women can be when they come together with a shared purpose."

100 Women Who Care Grey Bruce was founded on a simple model: meet four times a year for one hour with each member donating $100 at each of the four meetings, creating immediate and meaningful change for local organizations in need.

Anyone interested in joining 100WWCGB are invited to attend their first meeting of 2026, March 28, at the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre, 33 Victoria Street North in Southampton.

"A heartfelt thank-you goes out to the 300+ members whose generosity, compassion, and commitment continue to uplift Grey Bruce," concluded the release. "Together, they are building a stronger, brighter future for all."
