The 22nd annual Jeff Preston Celebrity Golf Tournament took place on the links of Saugeen Golf Club on beautiful day July 21 and raised $25,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada, Southwestern Ontario Region.

The annual tournament, organized by the Port Elgin Rotary Club, brought 34 celebrities and golfers together for lunch, with food provided by the Queen’s Bar & Grill in Port Elgin, and dinner as well as a silent auction which followed the day of golf.

Since the tournament’s inception the Rotary Club has raised over $1 million for Muscular Dystrophy research, with particular focus on the Duchenne form of the disease.
