Investor's Group Financial Services in Port Elgin are once again collecting items for the Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey.

The Women’s House provides services to women 16 years of age and older, and their children, who are fleeing abuse, sexual violence or are experiencing homelessness. They offer shelter services, second stage housing, outreach, sexual assault services, child witness protection, and transition services.

High priority items include:

High efficiency laundry detergent and dryer sheets
Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels
Gift cards for groceries, gas, pharmacy
Treat such as chocolate, chips or candy
New towels and washcloths
New sheet sets to fit single, double and queen beds
New pillows
New women’s pajamas, sizes small to extra large
New underwear, sizes small to large
Reusable water bottles

All donations are welcome and can be dropped off at the Port Elgin Investor's Group office, located at 594 Goderich Street (across from Ultramar), from Tuesday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. before December 14, when they will be delivered to the Women's House.
