Saugeen Shores Police Service is investigating a robbery that occurred at the Circle K Convenience store on Goderich Street in Port Elgin.

In a November 12 Saugeen Shores media release, at approximately 2:50 a.m. on November 12, a lone male entered the Circle K Convenience store. He was holding a handgun. He approached the clerk, pointed the gun and demanded money.

The male is described as white, age 20 to 30 years old, 5’9”, thin build, wearing a brown canvas coat with a black hood with a white liner. He was also wearing a ball cap with a blue hoody pulled over his head, blue jeans and brown cowboy boats. The boots appeared to have silver tips.

The male had a tear drop tattoo beside his eye.

There were no injuries to the clerk.
